Do I need to pre-book the activities?
It is essential to book the Tubing Park and Rebel Rampage online which you can do here.
You do not need to prebook the other activities. You can just arrive, pay and play. Walk-ins are always welcome. However there is an option to book a limited number of fast track ticket which reduced both check in and waiting time.
What is the minimum age allowed on the tubing park & on Rebel Rampage ?
The minimum age allowed in The Tubing Park is 8 years old. Children between 8-11 (inclusive) must be accompanied by a paying adult who is 17 years or older.
Can my 8-year-old go on a tube on their own?
Yes! Children over 8 years old can go on tubes on their own but there has to be a participating adult in The Tubing Park with them.
DO I NEED AN ADULT PER CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN 8-11?
NO! each child does not have to be accompanied by an individual adult. An adult per small group of children is sufficient.
Does The Tubing Park & Rebel Rampage still open on wet days?
Both Tubing and Rebel Rampage are all-weather activity, so don’t let a little rain dampen the fun. We suggest checking the weather forecast before you arrive and dressing accordingly. We recommend you bring a spare set of clothes, towel and plastic bag if it is raining or has been raining
Ensuring the safety of both our customers and staff, in the case of heavy rain, strong winds, or any other adverse weather conditions that could pose a risk, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel, or modify aspects of the activity. We will notify ticket holders of any adjustments via email and phone as soon as possible
How long does the tubing last?
The tubing slots are 50 minutes long.
Do you take walk ins?
Walk ins are welcome when there is availability on the tubing and Rebel Rampage which is rare. Therefore, it is recommend booking online beforehand to secure your place.
Walk ins for the all other activities are always welcome. There may be a small wait to get started
Is Smugglers Cove buggy / wheelchair friendly?
The Adventure Golf is buggy friendly but is not fully wheelchair friendly. Smugglers Maze and The Tubing Park are not buggy/wheelchair friendly.
What age is the Kids Inflatable Suitable for ?
The Kids inflatable is suitable for 3-8yrs (inclusive)
What age is the Kids Driving school Suitable for ?
The kids driving school is suitable for under 10urs. There is an assistant seat on the back for adults to assist younger kids.
What age is the junior ADVENTURE PASS Suitable for ?
The Junior Adventure Pass is designed for children aged 3-8 years (inclusive), as the Kids Inflatable is only suitable for this age group.
Can I book the Kids Inflatable or Kids Driving School individually online?
No, there’s no need to book the Kids Inflatable or Kids Driving School online – walk-ins only.
CAN I GET ONE TICKET TO COVER ALL ACTIVITIES?
Each activity is priced separately. However, we offer an Ultimate Combo Deal for €32.50 per person, which includes Rebel Rampage and the Summer Tubing Park.
For younger adventurers (ages 3-8), the Junior Adventure Pass is available for €18.50 per person. This pass includes access to the Kids Inflatable, Kids Driving School, and Smugglers Maze.
Can children under 8 go on the tubing or Rebel Rampage with an adult?
No! The minimum age allowed in The Tubing Park is 8 years old.
Can I change my booking day or time?
Yes! All bookings can be change from your confirmation email. You can do this up to 24hrs before your booking. There are no refunds for cancelled bookings or no-shows.
Do you do a family ticket?
No! Each person is priced separate.
If I arrive late to the tubing, do I still get my full 50 minutes?
No! Your time slot starts on the hour and will finish 50 minutes past the hour. If you arrive late, your time slot will still finishes at 50 minutes past the hour as the next slot will be due to start. To prevent late arrival, we recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before your booking time.
WHAT IS MEANT BY FAST-TRACK TICKETS FOR THE GOLF AND MAZE
A fast-track ticket for the Golf and Mazes allows visitors to reduce their check in time and club waiting time. Fast Track tickets reduce but does not eliminate waiting times.
What age is the golf and maze suitable for?
The golf and maze are suitable for all ages.
When does the Maize Maze open?
The Maize Maze usually opens in Mid-July.
DO YOU ACCEPT CARERS CARD?
No we do not accept Carers cards.
If I arrive late to Rebel Rampage, do I still get my full 40 minutes?
No! Your time slot starts sharply half past the hour and will finish 50 minutes later. If you arrive late, your time slot will still finishes at 50 minutes after your booked time as the next slot will be due to start. To prevent late arrival, we recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before your booking time.
What is included in The Ultimate Combo?
The Ultimate Combo includes one session of Tubing and one Session of Rebel Rampage per booked person. Suitable for 8years +.
wHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE jUNIOR Adventure Pass?
The Junior Adventure Pass includes one entry to the Smugglers Maze, one entry to the Kids Inflatable, and three rides in the Kids Driving School, all per booked person.
Does the Junior adventure have to be booked online?
-The Junior Adventure Pass can be booked online here, but it’s not required. Individually, Junior Adventure activities do not need to be booked, walk ins only
