People visiting West Cork this summer are in for a treat as Smugglers Cove in Rosscarbery have opened Ireland’s first Tubing Park.
The Tubing Park is Fast, Wild and Plenty of Fun with over 4 tracks varying in length from 50 to 100 meters. This is the latest addition to Smugglers Cove which is already home to a mini golf course, timber maze, driving range and corn maze in the summer months.
The Tubing Park which will be open 7 days a week throughout the busy tourist season is like a snow-free ski run where people sit into bright coloured tubes and enjoy a unique ride downhill overlooking beautiful village Rosscarbery in West Cork. Each of the tracks offer a different experience that makes people laugh and scream out loud as they get the thrill of a lifetime on the crazy slides.
The tubing park which opened in May is proving to be a big hit with visitors with many of them getting videos taken of their experience and posting it to social media. One of those visitors was Irish TikTok star Miriam Mullins who shared a video of her visit that ended up getting 1 million views.
All four tracks are loved by the public but the reaction from the biggest track the tubby jump has really captured the imagination of the public. As spaces are limited pre booking is essential if you want to experience one the most fun activities on the Wild Atlantic Way.
